Attendance
Attendance Matters
At the Welbeck Federation of Schools, we believe that every day counts. Regular attendance is vital to a child's academic achievement, wellbeing and social development. Our attendance target for all pupils is 96% or above, as children who attend school consistently are more likely to achieve their full potential and develop positive lifelong habits.
We work in partnership with parents and carers to promote excellent attendance and punctuality. If your child is unable to attend school, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can work together to provide any necessary support.
For further information, please read our Attendance Policy, which outlines attendance expectations, reporting procedures and the support available to families.
