Welcome to The Welbeck Federation of Schools.
It is a privilege to lead our two schools and to work alongside our children, families and staff as part of a thriving Federation community. Our Federation brings together two unique schools, each with its own character and strengths, united by a shared vision, common values and a collective commitment to providing the very best opportunities for every child.
One of our greatest strengths is the partnership between our schools. By working together, sharing expertise and learning from one another, we are able to provide enhanced opportunities, experiences and support for our pupils and staff. This collaborative approach enables us to continually grow, develop and ensure that every child benefits from the very best education we can offer.
We are passionate about helping every child become the very best version of themselves. By combining high expectations with genuine care and support, we encourage our children to be ambitious, embrace new challenges and strive for excellence in all that they do.
Our schools are built upon kindness, respect, inclusion and a strong sense of belonging. We value the relationships we share with our families and recognise that when schools and parents work together in partnership, children flourish.
I am incredibly proud of our Federation, our dedicated staff and, most importantly, our wonderful children. Together, we are creating schools where everyone is encouraged to aim high, support one another and celebrate success.
